The United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy educational programs are designed to reflect USILD's divinely driven mission.

Morally & Ethically Driven Educational Mission

The United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy's mission is to equip and empower the next generation of transformational and ethically driven leaders, empowered with the gift of understanding and the wisdom of advancing God's purpose for humanity, and capable of advocating and advancing policies deemed to transform organizations, communities, nations, or our world for the benefits of the people.

A great school where young men and young women are taught on how to succeed in life by developing the ability to THINK in practical rather than in theorical terms; where they are taught to "learn by doing."

USILD is dedicated to delivering vocational and training programs that advance professional skills development career and leadership skills that advance peace, prosperity, and enable people to live in a more safe, free, just, and sustainably prosperous societies. Its commitment that combines research, spiritual empowerment, executive and leadership, professional development, and direct intervention with practitioners, permits the USILD to generate an impact on its ability of suggesting divinely guided solutions on public problems affecting organizations, communities, nations, or our world.

In addition, the increase in volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) in today’s world means there is no longer one approach to management that can be applied to all organizations and work environments. Leaders must adjust their leadership strategies and styles to be more flexible and adapt to a variety of challenges and situations. In this context, the United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy developed programs in public policy, international leadership, political science and diplomatic studies to prepare students to lead national and global initiatives for change and provide them with the necessary tools and skills to positively impact organizations, communities, nations, or our world for the benefits of peace and socioeconomic development.

Our faculty, staff, students and participants commit in a diverse range of public challenges in the United States and around the world.

The United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy is a division of the Orpe Human Rights Advocates. Our programs, research, and engagement focus on the following priorities:

  • Promoting an educational program that fulfill divine mandate of shining light in the midst of darkness, that instill love and provide disadvantaged and underserved communities with an opportunity to develop in-demand skills with a career-focused degree

  • Strengthening democracy

  • Advancing social justice and human rights

  • Increasing economic well-being

  • Enhancing sustainability

  • Improving public leadership and management

USILD educational programs are divided into three categories: (1) Career-focused programs; (2) Personal development programs;  and (3) Continuing education programs.

USILD helps students acquire challenging academic and technical skills and be prepared for high-skill, high-wage, or high-demand occupations in the 21st century global economy.
