Corporate Diplomacy Leadership Development Program
In the face of today’s international competition, companies need to find new markets which requires a mastering of foreign policy in the sphere of its employees. Employees need to be trained as diplomats in order to offer an effective response to the corporate international challenges. Usild has vocation of working at the intersection of business and diplomacy to strengthen U.S. engagement worldwide and equip companies with the tools they need to conduct business internationally. The Usild Corporate Diplomacy Professional Development Program trains corporate leaders and employees with diplomatic skills, strategies, and insights to succeed in a competitive global business setting.
Usild's Corporate Diplomacy Global Leaders Program is designed to equip leaders with a deeper understanding of the diplomatic strategies and geopolitical insights needed to succeed in a competitive business environment. Trade agreements, cyber vulnerability, hot and cold wars, and economic crises have all impacted the daily activities of businesses in every industry. Protect and advance your business interests by empowering your company with the diplomatic tools needed for today’s global challenges.
Those who apply and those nominated by their organizations will join a select network of senior-level diplomatic professionals in simulations and seminars on global economic and security issues and participate in diplomatic leadership training.
Participants receive a Corporate Diplomacy Leadership Certificate upon completion.
Participants first come together for an intensive training day at USILD campus in Baltimore Washington DC area, at 6701 Baymeadow Dr, Glen Burnie, MD 21060 in August 2023. The day-long session will feature:

CRITERIA
Participants should have at least 3-10 years of experience and the potential to serve in senior executive positions in business, government, or an NGO.

Whether you are expanding to a new market, conducting a cross-border transaction, managing a global team, or negotiating contracts in a different region, understanding the tools of the trade will make your representatives more effective. Leaders from your headquarters and offices around the world in addition to your global government affairs team are encouraged to apply and participate in the inaugural Corporate Diplomacy Global Leaders cohort.
