Throughout the program, you will explore finance fundamentals essential for today's executives, as well as the managerial context in which strategic choices require investor support. You will capture skills through training methods such as faculty presentations, case studies, interactive classroom sessions, and structured and informal group activities.

Training Format

Module 1 impose participants to attend live online sessions and spend time with their discussion groups via the USILD online platform. In Module 2, participants will attend classes in-person on the USILD Campus. You will be exposed to situational in which you will interact with faculty and peers inside and outside the class sessions. Collaborative learning is an integral part of the experience. To maximize the benefit for everyone, you are expected to attend every session, complete all assignments, and contribute effectively in the class and in small groups. Participants will spend about 15 hours on self-paced work and case prep throughout the program. In addition, participants should expect to spend at least 10 hours on self-paced case preparation prior to attending the program. Case materials will be made available approximately 10 days prior to program start.
