Immersive Experience

As part of the curriculum, all students will participate in Immersive Programs organized by the United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy.  In addition to having the opportunity to meet peers and faculty in person, the visit allows students to travel to the nation’s capital and the hub of public policy and earn course credit during an extended weekend of seminars, site visits, guest speakers, and networking events.

More specifically, participants will:

  • Expand their networks and collaborate with like-minded professionals

  • Participate in career development opportunities and receive advice from Usild faculty

  • Build their competencies with skills institutes focusing on topics such as consulting skills or policy briefing

  • Visit organizations central to governments, foreign relations, politics, development, and national security

United Nations, USAID, World Bank, European Union, US Congress, Eurasia Group

Participants Experience
